Presentation of the Future Leaders Program

Future Leaders is a leadership, immersion and innovation program, using a corporate simulation methodology, in partnership with the Fundação António Pargana.

Future Leaders creates value through the development of new leadership models, associated with the latest challenges of the international economy, fostering sharing between top entrepreneurs in Portugal and Brazil.

This program aims to produce knowledge about new developments in the economy, develop leadership skills, create investment and development opportunities in a corporate simulation environment, and present the best practices of leading portuguese companies, by sector and specialty areas.

The Future Leaders will spend 15 days in Portugal, with lectures by specialists from the Universidade Católica and visits to the main companies, making contact with their top leaders. The program includes national trips as well as cultural programs, thus allowing for a general immersion in the different organizational cultures.

Program Management

Maria Inês Romba

She holds a PhD in Internal Organizational Communication from the Portuguese Catholic University (UCP), is a lecturer in UCP's Master's and Executive Training programs, and the university's Director of Fundraising at national level.

Bernardo Ivo Cruz

He holds a PhD in Political Science from the University of Bristol and is a Professor at the IEP of the Portuguese Catholic University. He was Secretary of State for Internationalization and Assistant Secretary of State to the Minister for Foreign Affairs.
